POLOTNO SDK
License agreement
By accessing or using the Polotno SDK (“Software Development Kit”), you agree to this License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Polotno SDK is operated by Lavrton LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered at:

Free trial license
Grant of license
Polotno grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SDK for evaluation, testing, and internal development during the 100-day free trial.
Allowed usage
The trial may be used for:
• Internal development
• Prototyping
• Testing
• Exploring SDK functionality
The trial cannot be used for production, commercial, or publicly accessible deployments.
Prohibited actions
During the trial period, you may not:
• Use the SDK in production or customer-facing environments
• Share, redistribute, or sublicense the SDK
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the SDK (except where legally required for interoperability)
• Remove or obscure copyright, attribution, or ownership notices
Expiration
The free trial ends after 100 days, unless Polotno extends it in writing.
After expiration, all use must stop and all copies of the SDK must be deleted.
Any continued use requires a paid license.

Paid license
Grant of license
Upon purchasing a plan, Polotno grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SDK under your selected subscription plan and its limits (usage quotas, environments, and API calls).
Scope of use
Licenses are subscription-based and valid only while payments remain current.
Restrictions
You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the SDK
• Give unlicensed third-party access to the SDK
• Use the SDK to build a competing product
• Exceed plan limits without upgrading or written approval
Termination
Polotno may suspend or terminate access if:
• Payments lapse
• Plan limits are materially exceeded
• You violate this Agreement
Intellectual property
Polotno retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the SDK, including source code, documentation, and related materials. No ownership rights are transferred.
Feedback
Any suggestions or improvement ideas may be used by Polotno without restriction or obligation. By submitting feedback, you assign all related rights to Polotno.
Support and updates
Support channel
All support requests must be submitted through the Polotno community forum:

Sensitive information
If a request requires private data (credentials, links, logs), send it to [email protected] with a reference to the forum topic.
Priority
• All paid plans receive best-effort support
• Higher-tier plans receive higher priority
• Trial users receive best-effort support after paid plans
Enterprise SLA
Formal SLAs (response times, incident handling) apply only when separately agreed in writing.
Updates
Polotno may provide patches or enhancements at its discretion, governed by this Agreement unless otherwise stated.
Warranty disclaimer
Polotno warrants it has authority to grant this license.
Otherwise, the SDK is provided “as is”, with no warranties of:
• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free performance
• Third-party components or dependencies
Limitation of liability
Liability cap
Polotno’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Excluded damages
Polotno is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunities — even if advised of the possibility.
These terms apply regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, etc.).
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

All formal notices must be emailed to:

Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your Polotno account.
A notice is deemed received when successfully transmitted.
Entire agreement
This Agreement forms the complete understanding between you and Polotno regarding SDK access and use. It supersedes all prior proposals or representations.
Any referenced documents — such as the Free Trial Terms, Order Form, SLA, or DPA — apply only when expressly executed or incorporated.
No modification or waiver is valid unless in writing and approved by Polotno.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
